FAQs

Is a virtual PA for me?

Well, you're on this page… so something tells me you're at least a little curious.

Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by the admin, forgetting the follow-ups, or just sick of doing the boring stuff that eats up your energy.

A virtual PA (especially one who gets how ADHD brains work) can help you stay focused on the parts of your business you actually care about — without the guilt or chaos in the background.

Why not book a call and see if it could work for you?

What's the investment?

Working with a virtual PA isn’t just an expense — it’s an investment in your time, energy, and focus. You're not just outsourcing tasks; you're buying back hours to work on your business (or just breathe a little).

Not to mention, you're finally dodging the dreaded ADHD tax — missed deadlines, lost invoices, forgotten follow-ups, and all the mental clutter that costs you way more in the long run.

Pricing depends on the level of support you need but starts at £32ph and I’m happy to walk you through options — why not book a call and see what could work for you?

How do you work?

I work fully remotely, which means I can support you no matter where you are — and for most clients, virtual works brilliantly. I’m always happy to jump on a Zoom when needed, and if you’re local to Surrey, I’m open to meeting in person when it’s a reasonable distance.

I’m also a parent, so I work around my kids’ schedule — which means I'm not available 24/7 or constantly on-call (being your PA doesn’t mean I’m glued to my inbox!). That said, I always do my best to accommodate urgent needs, and I believe open communication around timelines and expectations is key.

I'm well-versed in organisation and more than capable of managing my time and workload to suit my clients — so you can trust that things will get done, and get done well.

What kind of tasks can you take off my plate?

Inbox + calendar management — so nothing slips through the cracks

Client onboarding + follow-ups — with smooth systems that run on autopilot

Admin + data entry — think invoices, contracts, reminders, and forms

Systems setup + streamlining — Monday.com, Trello, CRMs, automations — all made ADHD-friendly

Content scheduling — blogs, newsletters, or social posts uploaded and organised

Reminders + accountability — so you don’t lose track of your own priorities

Body doubling -
Sometimes just knowing someone else is “there” (even virtually) makes all the difference in getting things done.

Helping you find out the best way you work

What if you're not available?

If I’m not available to take you on personally, don’t worry — I’ll still hop on a call with you to understand your needs and help figure out the right kind of support.

I also work with a small team of three lovely associates who help manage some of my clients. Each one has been personally vetted by me, and they’re a brilliant addition to the business. They’re all experienced in supporting neurodivergent clients, and I stay in close communication with them at all times to make sure everything runs smoothly.

So even if it’s not me doing the day-to-day work, you’ll still feel supported, understood, and in safe hands.
